What about exchanges or refunds?

We want you to be happy, and we’re happy to exchange any item or offer store credit. If an item is faulty we are happy to offer a full exchange or refund if we cannot replace the item. Please contact us promptly if this is the case.

Please note we DO NOT refund for change of mind or if the item doesn't fit. Please contact us before purchase if you need measurements. We can offer exchange or store credit if you return the item to us promptly (ie contact us and return within 7 days of receiving the product).

On sale goods cannot be returned, refunded nor exchanged.
